It's not so hard where it hurts the roof of my mouth. I like Combination Ham and Pate a lot more but I feel the same that it could use more meat to even out the filling to bread ratio. The picture and description sounds more like a roasted pork chop that's crispy from the roast not crispy from being breaded and fried. And what they mean by fresh herbs are green onion, garlic, and kung pao chili. Again I loved it. Just think people deserve transparency especially when spending $24 a plate. Not much of a fan of the price. A bit too pricy for a pork dish. I probably won't order it again based on the price alone.
