We ordered the Combination Plate with the Shish Kabob and Lula Kabob, and it was absolutely delicious. 🤤 The meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The saffron rice, grilled tomatoes, peppers, and fresh onion salad were all outstanding. The portions were generous, and every ingredient tasted incredibly fresh. I felt like the rice was good; maybe just a little bland and there needs to be an option to order extra sauces (the orange sumac? Sauce is AMAZING; need more of that!) or to get a side of pita bread and hummus; also an option for water bottle or sugar free drink. I did like the Palestine orange soda. It would also be nice if there was an option for something like a grilled chicken salad. I thought the chicken was tasty but also a little bit dry. However, the beef was delicious. I ordered one regular beef bowl and one chicken bowl and I felt like both were pretty good. I would also say that I would give them extra points just for being a very small local business versus a chain. I'm always rooting for a smaller business to be successful. I would say that the quality is there. I would like to see more more cucumber and tomato in the bowl, maybe a little bit more seasoning on the rice. The only difference between the small bowl I ordered and the large bowl was that the large bowl is twice the depth and has double the rice. If you're hungry, that's a good value for another two dollars. However, the overall whole effect was enjoyable and a good value. Get dr I was at home so I tossed a couple of tortillas in the car toaster and made a couple of little wrap fajita tacos with it and it was super delicious as a whole. I would say it was pretty tasty. however i will say the texture of everything was overall great! notably, the fluffy, cloudlike texture of the 6 (SIX) BBQ Pork Bao Buns was wonderful! the filling was plentiful, but mostly a thick sweet sauce with some little cubes of meat throughout. the 6 Crab Rangoons were crispy but VERY bland. the 3 Vegetarian Egg Rolls were also nice & fresh, and crispy with a decent vegetal flavor. the **Extra 8 oz steamed white Rice was nice and fluffy, not dried out at all. the 16 oz. Egg Flower Soup tasted almost like a generic canned chicken noodle soup broth? it tasted fine, was just also very bland - had plenty of carrots/onion, but I didn't really get any egg ribbons in mine. I added a bunch of my own Kimchi seasoning to it, along with the rice to make it more palatable.
overall, nothing was bad! but also didn't find a single item that would draw me back."
