"I like Chick Fil A; but I was disappointed in how they served their pimento cheese spicy chicken sandwich. It looked sooo good in the picture (yes, I expected a difference, not this much though!) What a waste of a chance to WOW the customers in this new item.
Save your money and don't bother trying it.
This is just another problem with that location on Clinton Keith. We would go there on a regular basis, but there was a high probability that our order was wrong. Unless they get better training, I don't see it thriving like it should.
I hope the owner and manager are reading this. I'm a fan yet so many mistakes, or just not caring, will keep me away. This wasn't a huge deal on this order, but one of several dozen and I'm tired of it."
