"Picked up food from Two Brothers Cuisine Vietnamese food truck, and it was honestly one of—if not the best Vietnamese cuisine I’ve ever had.
I only ordered one Chicken Lo Mein and one order of Fried Egg Rolls (Pork), and it was more than enough to feed three college students. The portions were extremely generous and definitely not stingy like a lot of other places.
The Chicken Lo Mein was packed with flavor, with perfectly cooked noodles and tender chicken. The Fried Egg Rolls were crispy, hot, and fresh, with an amazing savory filling.
On top of the incredible food, the owners are some of the kindest and sweetest people you’ll ever meet. They were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely care about their customers, which made the experience even better.
Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Amazing food, amazing value, and amazing people. I would absolutely order again and highly recommend stopping by if you see their truck."
