"The Garlic Cheesy Bread, Split Specialty, and the Cinnamon Rolls were all undercooked compared to how they serve it in the restaurant. Additionally, the Garlic Cheesy Bread didn't have the garlic or the garnish of herbs. The most disappointing were the Cinnamon Rolls as they were dry and not at all prepared and served as they are inside the restaurant. We love all the items in the restaurant, but we will not be ordering delivery from Cici's again. It was like the people preparing the food just didn't care and wanted to get it out the door. The only redeeming value were the flavors of the Split Specialty (spinach alfredo and bbq pork)...the flavors tasted good even though the cheese was merely melted and nothing was golden brown."
