"This store was better than the St. Matthews store which is now closed but still, even this one is not up to par or nearly as good as those I remember eating growing up. In the last couple orders the buns were stale and crumbley and the burgers tasted like they'd been cooked ahead of time. Back in the day those ladies(and men too) with the WC hats, worked fast and efficient and they were delicious to the last bite. Something has changed and I don't enjoy them as I did. I was literally on phone talking to insomnia because there was a mix up with driver. I literally mumbled something to manager about "it's all good" and got off phone in a hurry. ....I stopped my shower water, crawled into bed and ate all 3 without another word. the side Caesar salads are just the perfect size to go with anything you get... shaved cheese, a little of the crushed parmesan, as well , with another kind of cheese too, but I can't remember the name of it at the moment... but the romaine is lovely, the croutons add such flavor and give a differing texture that adds to it, as well...

It was supposed to be 2 for the price of 1 and went into my cart that way $7.20 total. I was charged for 2 full orders at $14.40. Also, had to add rice vinegar to the pot sticker sauce since that was just 2 containers of straight soy sauce. Japanese Pan Noodles dry and something was burned into pan. Am picking black char pieces out of my mouth. Have never complained before, but this was a tri fecta of disappointing."

We got the Slow-Roasted Turkey & Dressing and Fork-Tender Pot Roast, and they were both DELICIOUS. Seriously. The turkey is very tender real carved Turkey breast, and the pot roast is fall-apart tender. All the trimmings and sides were just as great. I got Holy Cow Chocolate Cake, and the name is spot on; holy cow was it good! My only complaint is that they packaged the cake and the ice cream together in the same flimsy Styrofoam clam-shell container then placed that in the bag on top of the rest of the hot food. So a bit of an ice-cream mess in the bag. I also ordered a gallon of Sweet Iced Tea, but they gave me a half-gallon. I thought it looked small but wasn't sure until I got home; the container says half gallon. However, the receipt says a I was charged for a gallon. An honest mistake, I'm sure."
