Completely new ownership and a massive dip in quality. We've ordered here three times now and each time (except this recent time today) we've ordered extra shrimp for the St. Louis fried rice and extra chicken for the Pad See Eew. When we would receive our order my fiancé would find only two shrimps in her fried rice and I would receive maybe a single extra chicken slice. We know this because tonight we decided to order without the extra shrimp and chicken and we received the same amount as if we were to order with the extra shrimp and chicken.
The quality of the food has dipped significantly. I can't give the Thai Kitchen (Bangkok Cafe) any issues with consistency, because it's been consistently below average.

"Partner's must update their Door Dash menu to accurately reflect what does or does not come with their Sunday menu and the sides available. Leaving customers on hold for extended periods of time (we are not talking about a minute or two, but over 10-minutes twice)... notably when customers can hear the unprofessionalism and borderline ignorant conversations on the other end. For the wait, the dressing was disappointing, cold, and oddly sweet. The baked chicken had good flavor and was cooked perfectly. The cabbage was satisfactory."

"it was my second time ordering from here. the first time my bowl was so great that this time around I made sure to try a bunch of apps/sides to see if they were just as good. happy to report that they are! we loved everything we ordered. the sesame *Seasame Chicken Tempura Tenders* still had a great crunch even after transport (didn't go soggy or feel too oily or greasy).
