"Last 2 times I ordered it tasted good still, but about half of the frozen smoothie than they used to give and less fruit in my bowl too. That coupled with the fact they dropped many of the options for not including things like honey (I used to not include honey in mine because I am diabetic.) in all the bowls but 1, It left me feeling I wasn't getting the value for paying such a price along with the cost of a tip for the dasher. Nor would I be motivated to go drive to the store to get it myself.
The product is still good and fills a niche I very much want that is not easy to find, but... I wish they would bring back the cold brew bowl and make the menus a with the larger ranges of ingredient additions and omissions like it used to be.
I used to order from here many times a week, then didn't for a month or two and now it just left me feeling unsatisfied instead of excited and impressed.
It does still taste great though and I appreciate they only skimped on the ounces of smoothie in the bowls as clearly they have decided to keep the quality of their ingredients high. I will order again in a month or so and update my review then."

The items I ordered were great, but I had to heat them to food safety temps, because the food items were *NOT* sealed. Anyone can tamper with them, and even a tape around the bag would have helped. The three items ordered, can in a bag that was not sealed, and individula items not sealed, so it is a food safety issue. 4 stars , but I know this was a food safety gamble for delivery.
