"I sampled four different dishes, and here’s the rundown:
Mozzarella Sticks: These were lightly breaded, and the mozzarella inside was cooked just right. You get that rich, creamy burst of cheese when you bite in, which is exactly what you want from a mozzarella stick. Overall, a great start.
Buffalo Chicken Wings: The buffalo sauce was amazing, with a perfect balance of spice and richness. Unfortunately, the wings were overcooked, which made them a bit dry, so they ended up at a solid 3 out of 5 great flavor, but the cook could be better.
Garlic Knots: These had a nice, dense dough, which I personally enjoyed. The garlic flavor was there, but they were missing a buttery finish and maybe a sprinkle of parmesan. So, another 3 out of 5—good texture, but the flavor didn’t fully pop.
Pepperoni, Jalapeño, and Extra Cheese Pizza: This was the star of the show. The dough was flavorful and had just the right density, and they didn’t skimp on toppings. Everything was balanced perfectly, and it was easily a 5 out of 5. I’d definitely come back for that pizza anytime."
