I ordered the Chicken Pie Slice, Steak, Mushroom, Onion, and Gruyere Pie Slice, Mobtown Brown Pie Slice , and Apple Crumb Pie Slice. I had my dinner and dessert on the same plate. The Chicken Pie Slice had a variety of vegetables on the bottom and covered with chunks of chicken breast, and the crust was flaky and lite. The only thing, it could use a little more sauce. I had the Mobtown Brown Pie Slice, my goodness, the chocolate with the caramel on top the pecan pie was incredibly delicious. I'm really trying not to eat the Steak, Mushroom, Onion, and Gruyere Pie Slice and Apple Apple Crumb Pie Slice today, but I sampled a small bite and now I have to stay away from the fridge. "The "Cupcake Duo by Magnolia Bakery" isn't bad at all, but I was hoping more for the textute of smooth buttercream icing for the vanilla cupcake, but the taste and texture were more reminiscent of the vanilla buttercream in the buttercream candy eggs covered in chocolate that people buy at Easter. The chocolate cake had a creamier texture and taste. Also, in my opinion, the flavors are more subtle than the buttercream icing and cake with which I'm more familiar. That wasn't a bad thing, but something to keep in mind.
The "Baked by Melissa's Bite-Size Cupcakes" were too good for their size. They were, indeed, bite-size, and I ate them over the course of an hour, a problem given their cost. I'm not a glutton who normally eats multiple servings of dessert at a time, but these were very tasty, and I would have been glad to pay a little more for regular sized versions of these desserts."
