Both large orders of curly fries were room temperature (nowhere close to hot or even warm) & both texture & taste seemed like they were old or had been sitting out a long time. I had asked for ranch dressing with the order but there wasn't any in the bags with the delivery. When I picked up my large cup of Fanta orange, the lid wasn't on properly & I ended up dropping the entire drink & the cup broke in the process. It was a very unsatisfying $28 dinner."

I mean it's not just a little bit more Oreo than what's supposed to be in there. there's at least four or five ounces of Oreos in this little shake neither of us can drink them. and either they used chocolate ice cream for my Oreo blasters instead of the vanilla they're supposed to or that's literally how much Oreo they put in there that you can't tell that it's not supposed to be a chocolate. then I pay $9 for three chicken strips and a little bowl of grapes and you burn the chicken strips and have the audacity to send this to me. it cost me $23 for three chicken strips that were burnt to a crisp a little bowl of grapes and shakes that are so crammed with Oreo it makes you want to puke... I've been out of work for 6 months with a broke leg and I literally spent my last bit of money to buy this order and to tip my doordash driver. and this is the trash that they send me. the cook saw they were burnt and put them in there the server whose job to check it before they pack it up either did and packed it anyway or didn't bother and now I'm paying $22 for three burnt chicken tenders and undrinkable inedible shakes.
I've been a server for 20 years so I complain very rarely and I'll put up with a lot. but I think for the first time ever in my life I want my food recooked and I'd like my money back both..."

"I recently ordered dinner from Applebee’s through DoorDash to send to my brother and sister-in-law during a really difficult time, so I wanted to do something small to show my love and support from afar.
They ordered the Southwest Chicken Bowl, the Four-Cheese Mac & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken, a side of grilled shrimp, a salad, and a breadstick. They told me everything was absolutely delicious. The Southwest Chicken Bowl was fresh and flavorful, the mac & cheese was creamy and indulgent with perfectly cooked chicken, and the grilled shrimp was seasoned just right. Even the salad and breadstick were fresh and satisfying.
Most importantly, they said the entire meal arrived in great condition and tasted wonderful. They gave everything a full 5-star rating and truly appreciated both the quality of the food and the comfort it brought during such a heavy season in their lives.
