They're also high in fiber, potassium, and vitamins (namely, Vitamins K, C, & B).
I can tell the avocados they use for my smoothies are fresh and perfectly ripe! My smoothies are consistently a flawless green color. They never have the aftertaste of an overripe avocado, or the bitter flavor + mealy texture of one that's underripe.
