Years ago, I ordered a Chalupa from a different Taco Bell in another town, and the shell was so tough and hard to bite through that I assumed that’s how they were meant to be. Because of that experience, I didn’t order one again for a long time. After trying one from this location, I finally realized what I’d been missing.
