There was a mixup with part of my order being left off. I paid for the entire order. I spoke with Mark at DoorDash and he communicated with ChickFilA. They offered me a refund, credit, or redelivery of my missed item. I chose the latter since it was our dinner. They were very prompt and gave me an extra large order of nuggets as a good faith effort. I was very impressed and I think they went above and beyond. That's one reason they have such a successful company. And thank you to Mark and the DoorDash team for all of their help!!

I ordered a Chocolate Milkshake which only they only sell in one size and instead of the usual size cup I got mine tonight in a small cup. Kind of annoying to pay full price for about half of the product iordered .
