I tried this resturaunt on a whim and wow i was so happy i did. The quality of the noodles were amazing. so tender and soft and the insides were perfectly cooked. The "dough" to filling ratio was perfect as they are quite generous. I was expecting mid/bready bao and was met with pillow goodness. Every bite felt like a warm hug from my grandmother. thank you.

all incredible, everything arrived fresh and hot. no degradation in quality, everything was still nice and fresh.
my favorite was the S31-咸水角 / Deep Fried Meat Dumling , crispy and chewy while savory and delicious
I also really enjoyed the S08-鮮竹卷 / Steamed Bean Curd Skin Roll with Pork & Shrimp

The beef chow fun is tasty and had a lot of tender pieces of meat. The fried shrimp balls, siu mai, and Shanghai dumplings were also delish! Will definitely order from here again.
