this krispy kreme NEVER disappoints me, my donuts were so soft and delicious it melted in my mouth i have been ordering back to back that's how phenomenal these donuts taste

The mini doughnuts were terrible. They were hard as a rock and tasted like they were about 3 days old. The glaze had hardened, melted, and cracked before re-hardening. I would not order again. The 6 assorted doughnuts were fine, but the minis were a disappointment and I wish I hadn't spent the money on them, because they're inedible.

They didn't have 1 of the donuts I asked for so they called me and asked what  I wanted AND gave me 3 donuts for free. Not just glazed either the expensive ones. Good service!

So disappointed how KK has gone downhill. There was hardly any crème in the donuts that were supposed to have it.  The consistency was grainy instead of creamy and the Oreo one was already hard and stale.  They shouldn't be allowed to sell donuts like this.

Doughnut dots were very hard and I got a hot coffee instead of the frozen vanilla latte I ordered. Threw away the coffee and only ate 3 of the doughnut dots out of a 24 pack
