The best wings in Asheville. They are always properly cooked (NOT dried out). Medium buffalo sauce is excellent with just the right heat.

 I'm not sure if this was from "it's just wings", because usually im very satisfied with their service. This has only happened to me one other time about a year ago, but I'm not sure it's from their company. I couldn't even finish my meal. The fries were dry and cold, wings had no sauce. There was also a weird gooey substance under the skin of the wings, that wasn't fat, and made them inedible. I am not mentioning this to ruin their report, but in hopes that this can be resolved so no other customer has to come across this issue.

I ordered two flavors of wings and fries. Tell me why they put one set of wings in one container, and the fries and wings in the other? Theres no separation and the wing sauce got all over my fries...I ordered them "lightly seasoned, too". Just ironic.  And horrible service on their part.

Don't get me wrong, I wish I could give the restaurant a higher review, but the bone-in wings are meh at best and usually come with barely any sauce. The boneless wings and fries are amazing! However, every time I go to order the boneless wings, they pull them from the menu! I would be willing to adjust the review in the future if they can stabilize their menu, but it just doesn't make sense and the bone-in isn't worth the price.

What a joke!  Do not order from here!  Spent $15 on chicken fingers and fries.  Literally got 3 chicken fingers the size of chicken nuggets.  And a side of fries, laughable!  It was literally maybe 5-6 curly fries and some of them were the end ones.  And they charge $6 for cheesecake and then forgot it with my order.  Will never be ordering from them again!!!
