I flew in from TX ordered from the hotel without high expectations...just needed food while grinding away.
HOLY COW! I was blown away by the flavor & tenderness of the perfectly (like competition perfect) brisket, pulled pork & burnt ends. Oh...and that bread pudding would make my great-grandmother roll over in her grave. I don't think one could go wrong here. Sorry, no pics. I destroyed it.

Imagine biting into a full peppercorn. And it's all over your brisket. With a gallon of salt. I barely ever leave reviews but I'm very disappointed with this restaurant and will not be ordering again. Everything overly salty, Mac and cheese look and tasted like kraft. Brisket was salty and still had whole peppercorn covering the entirety. I'm grossed out tbh. Not to mention the side of brisket was 5 dollar and less than my palm of my hand. I regret ordering here.

First time, trying four rivers smokehouse and have some mixed reviews on the food. My boyfriend and I ordered the 2x2 with macaroni and fries, and the BBQ melt with greens and cheese potatoes.
The 2x2 was tasty! The portion of meat was enough, and the flavor was savory :)
The fries were crispy and not greasy!
The Mac and cheese was okay, the noodles were a little too soft but it tasted okay.
The BBQ cheese melt was really good, sweet and savory with nice crispy toast. And a lot of meat!
The greens I wasn't a big fan of, just a bit too sweet for me.
The cheese potatoes were a bit underdone, kinda chrunchy and not enough salt.
Overall I give a 4/5, most everything was tasty and I would order again :)

BBQ Quesadilla uses a taco tortilla. awful small for $12. Fried Okra was darker than when I ordered in house and was soggy

Fries had cheddar seasoning? Ordered regular fries and they came in tasting like cheese. Pulled pork sandwich was actually good though portions were tiny. Had the Mac and cheese and BBQ beans, surprisingly disappointed. Mac n cheese had that grainy taste and bbq beans were more tart then savory/sweet as one would expect.
