I love their food but the delivery service is not good. I ordered the hummus, which usally takes them around 10-15 minutes to prepare. After 45 minutes, I ended up going to the restaurant myself to check on it. It appeared that they did not start making the food until I arrived there, so I waited an additional 10 minutes. Again, love their food and in person service is fine, but it feels like they forget about their delivery orders.

I ordered my food for takeout around 7:50. Arrived to pick up at 8:21. At 8:33 I was told there was a computer issue so my order was delayed. The food finally came out at 9:00.
I commend the staff for being nice, and I was given baklava on the house. But standing by the counter for 39 mins waiting on the food was not fun.
