I have ordered the popcorn chicken repeatedly and it is perfect every single time. Comes hot, crunchy, juicy, and loaded with flavor! The drinks are always so refreshing and the sweetness level option is very considerate as well. Thank you T4!

I ordered two Basil Popcorn Chicken but only received one. Door dashed charged me $21 for it and refunded me a partial of $6 when I reported it. I tried calling t4 but called the wrong location in Stockton City with great customer service, but when I tried calling this south south location like 5 times, no answer at all. I’m just bummed because the chicken was good and I was ripped off.

they literally got all my orders wrong:
- my Honey Peach Royal Tea drink didn't come with the toppings i ordered
- my Elegant Rose Royal Tea came in a small but i ordered a large AND it didn't come with the toppings i ordered as well
- if you order toppings in your boba you would expect that they would give you big straws but they gave us the small ones

Quick and fast delivery. Basil popcorn is always my go to for a quick late snack. First time trying the lychee black tea and it was refreshing.

The fries were soggy and sweaty. I used to love the Thai Milk Tea , but I won't be ordering from this location ever again. The tea was bitter, and barely sweet.
