🫂 the world sucks right now but you guys don't. Really good job today, you guys are more consistent than any other jack in the box I've ever been to and I've been to way too many. Your night shift crew also goes hard.

This was the 3rd time I ordered the egg rolls on the side of the Chicken Teriyaki & rice bowl. Jack In The Box's egg rolls are the very best I've eaten anywhere, including in the very best restaurant's at San Francisco's Chinatown. I really love Jack's egg rolls, which are wrapped with Won Ton Wrappers. They are not greasy & are crunchy on the outside & have the most delicious filling. Jack In The Box always forgets or fails to include my choice of dipping sauces, though. TheIr order form REQUIRES orderer's to select their choice of dipping sauces for their Egg Rolls. I make certain to select the sweet & sour sauce (at no extra charge) & it is included in my order. However, all 3 times I've ordered delivery food from Jack In The Box, no dipping sauce was ever contained with my order. Not once in the 3 times I made my selection & checked to make certain the dipping sauce was selected when I reviewed my order. Not once was dipping sauce in my order bag..
The Chicken Teriyaki Bowl has been delicious, too. However, there have never been any plastic Utensils in my bagged order. Where I'm disabled & completely Handicapped for over 23 years & I just moved into a triplex here & am unable to walk steadily & fall down easily, I have not been capable of unpacking yet. It's disappointing for the condiments to repeatedly be left out of my order. I'm not unpackedyet & repeatedly plastic utensils are not included in my bag either. Where I'm still not unpacked yet, I need a plastic fork or a spoon to eat rice,ŕ vegetables & chicken teriyaki from a bowl unpacked. when my order total is over $25.00, I believe the LEAST Jack In The Box can do is include the selected dipping sauce ordered & especially include either a plastic fork or a spoon to be able to eat my chicken Teriyaki rice bowl with utensils & not with my fingers! Am I right? The food I've ordered has been excellent, however.

Athens chicken Teriyaki Bowl was wonderful but the one Egg Roll included with the aTeriyaki Bowl was left ogg. I like Javk in the Boxes foodut the Sauces & extras included in the basiccprice seem to be forgotten every time I order from Jack in the Box. Their Egg Rolls are fantastic. I was disappointed when I only found the 3 egg rolls I paid extra for & the 1 Egg Roll included in the Teriyaki Bowl's price was not included even though I SELECTED IT. THE SWEET & Sour Sauce was not included , also. As every time I order from Jack & the Box, items I've requested are included in price are not contained in the packages, I'll wait to reorder in the future. The salad bowl is so small, it appears to be for a doll & not a human. The Salad is very good, crispy & tasty. However, it's a joke it's so tiny it's almost a joke. And the salad is quite expensive. The portion is so incredibly small, it's almost laughable. This will definitely affect how often I order from Jack in the Box. I won't buy food from Jack in Box except very seldom because of the negligence of workers to completely fill orders, included in the basic price.

The egg rolls are fantastic, the best I've ever eaten. The Teritaki chicken bowl was delicious, too. I will definitely reorder both, again & again! Buy a new milkshake machine. I hear yours is not working 50% of the time, or more!!!
