I recently placed an order at Oteri's Bakery after a long hiatus but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The butter cake was dry and tasted stale. The cupcake was equally dry, and the strawberry icing lacked homemade quality reminiscent of store-bought alternative. The cannoli shell was stale and the filling was tasteless too, adding jimmies was an unusual choice for cannoli. Lastly the pizzelles did not meet the traditional Italian standards. Ultimately, my purchase did not meet expectations and I felt my money was not well spent.

I have been looking for an abakery that makes jelly donuts because Dunkin' isn't it! I extremely enjoyed the jelly donuts that were prepared. Also the pineapple upside down cake was slammin! So good!!!!!!

I cannot get enough of this bakery. I am a manager at a marriott property downtown and I will be telling my customer all about Oteris bakery and Lobster Tails. These are flaky, creamy and delicious bites of heaven!

These were absolutely beautiful and so quickly prepped and fresh. This is my third time ordering from them and I couldn't be more pleased with this bakery. Everyone should try them, you won't be disappointed!
