I ordered 14 drinks from this place for pickup. None of them were labeled. My family had to try each drink and sort them out. This place was good when it was first opened but now they are just sloppy. Also the milk was not fresh... Some of us did not feel well afterward. Obviously it was a mistake to order from 1102. Maybe management needs to retrain all employees. As for me and my family, we will not come back and will not recommend to any of our family and friends.

Enjoy their drinks. Only issue is they always deliver the cold drinks separate from the ice, requiring the customer to add ice to their own cup - which actually requires sourcing a separate amd larger cup to combine both the ice and the drink contents, together. I also had to refrigerate my drink first, because the drink arrived room temperature and I didn't want to find a different cup to place my drink into. The process just doesn't make sense, and it's wasteful.

Have ordered from here twice and my drink has been wrong, I have no issues when I go in store but ordering apparently isn't going to get me the right drink.
