Veggie omelette was perfect not too hard or dry.  It was fluffy and light.  Apple pancake is my favorite-like a perfectly baked apple pie but not as sweet.  Well-balanced with apple and cinnamon.

The Original Pancake House is consistent. I have been patronizing them for 8 years now. The food is reliable. Most is tasty enough, nothing blows my socks off. 

I appreciate that they have gluten friendly pancakes. I wish they had gluten friendly French Toast and waffles. I also wish they published an ingredient list somewhere. That would be extremely helpful for those of us with food allergies.

The biggest thing going for this restaurant is portion size. Omelettes are huge and the pancakes come with many cakes. Portion size is so big that I usually split an omelette. With the pancakes orders, I always have leftovers that I freeze and toast later on. 

This is a good thing because my omelette order is basically $30. I know it seems expensive for an omelette, but I get potatoes instead of pancakes and I add loads of veggies to both so the price includes 5-7 additional charges. Love veggie omelettes. And again I split the omelette so my cost is really more like $15. That is a good deal. Think of the per dish prices as representing two meals, unless you're Paul Bunyan. If you have a Paul Bunyan size appetite, the cost might feel a wee bit high, but only a few bucks more than other breakfast places. And in my experience, TOPH delivers a more consistent experience.

the apple pancake needs more of the brown glaze or whatever it is. it's very eggy and bland for 19 bucks. the potato pancakes are good

I really needed this today. So delicious as always. Tasted and felt like home when it arrived fresh in the order boxes. Portions are always amazing. Would definitely order again my all time favorites PUMPKIN PANCAKES & POTATO PANCAKES next time I'm feeling like a pick-me-up! Thanks D.D. & Orig. PK House!

The apple pancake is the best.  Like a perfectly baked apple pie but better, not too sweet, good amount of cinnamon...yum!

Only thing I would ask is if OPH could secure their food packages with a safety seal or something similar to what other places are doing.
