The burger did not taste fresh. The lettuce was very soggy and wet, it was if it was rinsed and immediately placed on the bread. The buns were soggy on the inside and hard on the outside. Overall, the $16 burger was a disaster! I submitted 3 stars because the onion rings were ok. I appreciated the fact that they were not overcooked and hard.

Usually the food is really good but in the Authentic Wings Basket the chicken wasn't hot and very dry. Almost like it was left out for a long time. The sauce was dried up too. Everything else was fine.

Legit burger place.. it's on the scale of high-end beef meets a pub sports bar mts family friendly. Gr8 customer service & the Managers rock!! Seriously I like that I can order my burger medium 2 medium well or even medium rare(crazy) actually makes the burgers taste better.. **thats a pro-tip from Chef Gordon Ramsey..

I liked the food but I think it's too expensive. it tastes closer to a homemade grilled burger than a restaurant burger. While that's not necessarily a bad thing, I think that means it should be cheaper. I can make it at home for less. I paid $14 for a burger meal, and it doesn't come with cheese? A single slice likely costs a few cents or less. Again, I'm not saying the food is bad, it's good even. Just it should be cheaper. I think $9-10 for the Olde Fashioned Charburger Basket, what I bought, is far more reasonable
