Our goal is to rediscover what it's like to eat in Thailand, with a concentration on the food of Issan, a high plateau in Thailand's northeastern region.
The coconut curry and lemongrass flavors really hit the spot. Portion of meat is plenty as well as the pickled greens/bean sprout toppings. Would order again!

Although the "no spice" was not followed on the orders that had that option, the family really enjoyed the meal. I loathe food that are prepared with heat in lieu of flavor. Soi's kitchen is all about flavor. Heat is purely optional. (Thank goodness because of my chili spice allergy!) The Tofu coconut balls were exceptional, and their garlic chicken is the best rendition of that dish. The chicken Pad See Ew and fried rice are always a delicious part of our order. Thank you, Soi!

We typically love Soi and have dined in many times in the past and have always had the food cooked perfectly! So we decided to order delivery and were disappointed.
We ordered the SOI Pork BBQ on Skewers (Moo Ping) - pork was not fully cooked and we did not eat. The chicken in Pad Thai was also undercooked and gooey. Finally our Crispy Spring Rolls were mushy and barely crispy as it was undercooked as well.
Overall we were disappointed especially after spending a significant amount of $$.

Flavors on point, however the spice level which was once reliable, has shifted in my past two orders. I ordered a Medium and a Spicy Pad Kee Maos. The Medium had -1 star it was soooo mild. I will continue to order, but please actually add spice again like before!!! It makes your delicious flavors pop.

The Pad Kana Moo Krob Kai Daw was delicious. The chinese broccoli was freshly stir fried. The rice was the perfect consistency. The fried egg was perfectly cooked. Just jammy to coat the rice. The pork belly was cooked well. Overall it made me want to re-order again for dinner the same day. Will definitely order again.
