they charge you for jalapeñosthen only gives you 2 and gives you an option for grilled onion and doesn't give it to you asked for no ketchup and there was extra ketchup on it can't follow instructions

I absolutely love the chicken teriyaki bowls, I get them regularly; however I ordered extra chicken and extra vegetables and what I recieved was less than what's given normally.

The combo onion rings perfect but the additional Onion Rings (8) are burnt. The Lg drink is a can for whatever reason. The combo drink is missing. Never seen jack in the box miss the mark so bad!

The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and Fish Sandwich were both incredibly dry. Large Curly Fry was good (but was missing the sauce I had selected for dipping) as was the Loaded Tiny Tacos which I treated like they were nachos. Too much nacho cheese, not enough taco sauce though. The Two Tacos were OK but were rather lacking in ingredients. The prices were reasonable.

I ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger™and its one of the best fast food burgers I've had in a while!!! Also the Stuffed Jalapenos (7)were nice and crisp. I wpuld recommend both!
