My last foiree with Golden Coral didnt end well. Ive kept my distance intentionally... until tonight.
I ordered 2 entrees, rolls and dessert. I was pleasantly surprised (yes, I tasted both as SOON as they arrived)!
First, everything was HOT! Fresh & hot not, "...it's been under a heat lamp for two hours so, it's warm to the touch" hot. Freshly cooked hot.
Second, it tasted FANTASTIC! The Baked Chicken was warm and moist, and very flavorful. The Yeast Rolls were just like my grandmother's (...shhhh dont tell; you'll get me disowned). I didn't even put butter on them! The Fried Fish was light, flaky, and tasty!
Honestly, I'm too full for dessert so, I'll have to review that another time. Sorry to be a quitter!
The cherry on top : these nice healthy dinners were less expensive than the McMeal I purchased just earlier today (don't you judge me)! ;-D
I'll def make an effort to order healthier food for less from Golden Corral vice other less healthy options.

Potatoes were still warm and steak was very tender. The salad was too small.The steak reminded me of liver. Lastly, the roll was pretty sweet.

Ordered half of an apple pie to have with our Christmas dinner and it came in a box that was a mess and anything but half of a pie.

Im a little disappointed with the rolls. Usually they are the greatest but today not so much they were actually hard and some where just air
Meatloaf awesome bourbon chicken awesome
And I assumed like a dummy you would get butter with rolls ..nope... and my substitute for brownies was 4 cookies and two rolls
