I ordered the power bowl because I usually get that. This is my first experience where I was very disappointed... the bowl which is usually full, was barely at the half mark. The bananas were turning brown. I requested extra granola and Nutella and there was neither of those things on my bowl. If I'm paying $15 dollars for an açaí bowl, I would imagine that the order would be fulfilled correctly.

This being my first time trying this place, I was surprised to notice bowls were packed well and full to the top. Nicely presented. The bag it was packaged in also was clean and not messed up due to the moisture. Thanks for being conscientious of your customer!!

the oatmeal had very little toppings on it. normally it's not and issue but when you're paying $1 extra for each it would be nice to have then. very few strawberries and I almost don't think they added any Nutella. they bowls have gone downhill from a year ago. and have coffee drinks ready in the morning, I mean really?

I ordered the Pura Vida acai bowl and added kiwis, bananas and granola. I only got 3 slices of kiwi and it didn't seem like there was extra granola. This didn't seem appropriate as it was an additional dollar per side.
