Prob my first restaurant review ever . Voted best wings in Chicago but that's the understatement of the century.
They are the best wings in the USA if not the world.
I regret ever eating any other wings and I will never eat any other wings.
Juicy, fall off the bone tender, generously sauced up.
None of those stringy bits.
They are also huge so don't put off by the price tag. 1 order is 2 meals easy
Honestly they should raise the prices. Ask yourself when is the last time you've been mind blown by wings.
Fav is Korean BBQ and classic buffalo
I've tried various sauces. they are all good and the quality has always held up.

The Single Smash Burger was delicious, good toppings, nice sear, dripping in sauce and burger juice. Fries were good, like the hand cut. Cheese Curds were okay but the portion was kind of small compared to other places

Shrinkflation is real. Sad. Melnicks used to have jumbo wings which have gotten smaller and smaller the past few years but price has nearly doubled regardless. Even boneless portion is pretty laughable now with prices higher than most if not any place in Chicago for less than a dozen wings.

The BBQ Nachos are massive and they do not skimp on the toppings! Other places aho take note! I got the pulled pork on them. I always get their Traditional Wings in the firecracker sauce and did KC BBQ as well

Bone-in Wings = meh 3/5 (Definitely Chicagos best to a completely tanked audience maybe)
Onion rings = 4/5
Fried Pickles = 4/5
Smash Burger = 3/5
Sides can't save everything. Prices are high. Probably easier to stomach when ... tanked.
