I'm not gonna lie. in the last year I have ordered from here many times... and the quality was getting worse and worse. with each order came mistakes, incorrect ingredients in the food, not honoring the changes I made to my order, and even BURNING the cheese on my Grilled Cheese Burritos. but about two months ago they started sending out these little pink cards speaking of their dedication to providing good service! and since those cards started coming, the quality has skyrocketed past every other Taco Bell in the region! I'm so happy I started ordering from them more than other places cuz I'm getting EXACTLY what I keep asking for: My food the way I order it; piping hot; well made!

The name of the burrito is the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, but there is nothing beefy about it. in fact, this should likely be called the bean burrito, because 90% of the interior of the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito is  just that, almost nothing but beans. they also were incredibly light with both the cheese and the sour cream, so much so that I was practically choking trying to eat the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito.

My Nachos BellGrande was very good as I had nixed their too spicy meat! my husband really enjoyed his beefy, 5-layer burrito! Got our food super quickly, too. Had to get us each a bag of cinnamon twists, of course. So delicious!!

Usually they do a great job with my orders. but tonight they delivered the first order to the wrong address, and then the Loaded Beef Nachos were poorly put together with barely any toppings.  well most likely continue to shop at this location, but I do truly hope they improve their evening service and quality of doordash drivers.
