I have had Celiac Disease since 2012 and eating gluten free can be rather hard and depressing (due to the awful taste of the food) here in Vegas. I am so, so thankful that Rachel's kitchen not only offers a good variety of GF foods, but dairy free, vegan, etc. as well as I am severely lactose intolerant and am vegetarian/vegan (but eat meat a few times a month to make sure to maintain certain nutrients). The smoked turkey & avacado sandwich is one of the best I have ever had (my 2nd time ordering), as is the GF bread. The side of fruit I get has been fresh and delicious both times too. I tried their pasta, Ryan's pesto, for the first time, with GF noodles, and oh my gosh, was it one of the best things I have ever tasted in my 40+ years of living. Love that the food in general is healthier as well. Highly recommend!!

I ordered the soup of the day which was chicken, rice and vegetables and the Chinese Chicken Salad. The soup was a good size and worth the price because it was absolutely delicious! It came with three slices of bread that were pretty tasty but were better with the butter I added. The size of the salad is enough for 2-3 servings; it would have been helpful for them to put the wontons on the side to avaoid them getting soggy. The salad dressing makes this salad and is the perfect balance of sweet and savory. It's not at all tangy like a lot of other places, it's just perfect and while a decent amount of dressing is included, you might want to request an extra side of it to help prevent eating dry salad. Overall, I highly recommend Rachel's, I've found my new soup and salad place! Bon appetite!

Do not rely on the automated system to give you accurate information. I asked it what the soup of the day was and it said chicken, rice and vegetable which I absolutely like A LOT but it wasn't! It was cream of broccoli which I DO NOT like at all! I called the restaurant and the manager Lilly rectified the problem with my next order. The Chinese Chicken Salad was PERFECT of course! I did try a bite of the soup out of curiosity and though it tasted better than better than others, I can honestly say that I still don't like it at all, but it was better than others. I REALLY like the food I've had here so far and recommend it. <3

packing of the salads were haphazard lettuce was pinched in the packing (see photo) I know it does seem like a big deal, but my order was >$100 and my family was going to est the food. Otherwise, the food was good. The fresh juice was great and worth the cost.

I cant even explain how fresh and delicious these juices and smoothies are! The fruit is fresh never had one that was old or overly Ripe! The pear salad was great, you tell the dressings are made in house!
