for the first time the food wasn't fresh. I hot my food delivered within 5 mins of pickup yet the tacos were already cold and soggy, the burger was like hours old and the onion rings were definitely old and cold. very disappointing and surprising since I've never had bad food from their store before

The packaging used loses heat all too rapidly. The food is OK when fresh and hot off the line, but the buns used throughout the menu lineup becomes oily as they cool off, greatly detracting from the sandwiches. The onion rings also have issues -- outside the store setting -- as the cornmeal coating becomes hard as it cools. Best bet is if the store is less than five minutes away and yours is the first delivery stop!

The loaded fries all the cheese sauce sat on top and the fries were over cooked the way they're packaged is uninviting.
