I travel for business and love a good pho on the road. This one was great! The broth and noodles were packaged separately and the order came with all the fixings. I added extra and there was a lot for not much extra. Most importantly it came with utensils! That's harder than it should be at times...

Shaken Beef.Beef (5stars) - this was excellent and I will order this again. Tender beef pieces, medium rare, and amazing flavor!
Popcorn Chicken chicken (2 stars) - nothing special. Wont. order again.
Egg roll (4 stars)- great! Enjoyed this!
Bao Bun (4 stars)- ididnt like the pork in the bao bun, but the bun and veggies were super fresh that I'd order again with a different protein. One order came with 3 bao buns.
Garlic Noodles (4 stars) - the noodles were drenched in butter. Some of the noodles tasted mushy. Might have been made in a large batch then sat for a long time. The sauce flavor was excellent.

Got the caramel milk tea and it was good! Boba was nice and soft. The bao buns I recall being a little better in flavor. Back then, it had a drizzle of some sweet sauce but this time it was just eveything inside, shrimp, cilantro, pickled veggies, and jalapeños. It was good but felt like it was missing something. I ended up using the hoisin sauce packet but that wasn't what it used to have. I'm not sure if they forgot the sauce that went inside or if that's how it comes now. The employees were super sweet! Made the experience all better!

I ordered for pick up - Egg roll, Vegetarian Pho, Mixed Veggies, Fried Tofu Mushrooms. The order was ready on time, the server was friendly. The eggroll was fine. The pho was the problem. There was no tofu, which made me wonder what "fried tofu mushroom" means. For me, it meant no protein in my meal. The smell of plastic was so strong and became part of the flavor of the broth. It was awful. I regret ordering a hot broth that was sent in a container that seemed to be emitting chemicals into the food. I have no idea if the broth is good or bad, but overall it was a disappointing experience.
