The sandwich was wonderful. Mrs. Pickle Half was just the right amount for me and they made it how I wanted it. I am pretty picky with my food but it had the crunch that I love.

No effort was put into my sandwich. All the turkey was balled up in the middle. Large pile of lettuce and the bread is DRY. Does not taste fresh. Mr. Pickles in woodland would neverrrrr

The food was okay, the service was not. I specifically requested two straws and got zero, the "extra" turkey breast in the Tom Turkey was minimal, especially for the additional $6, and I also did not receive a complimentary cookie. Now, I don't know if Mr. Pickles has changed its cookie policy (along with its prices) because of inflation or the recession or something, but I think a heads up at least would have been nice so that I could order the cookie by itself, since I really was looking forward to that cookie. As for the rest, I think it's highly unprofessional to ignore specific special requests from the customer. I used to love Mr. Pickles but the recent decline in quality has me second-guessing.

Not sure if this is skimpflation or they just got my order wrong, but I ordered the Tom Turkey Whole with extra turkey breast, extra lettuce, and extra pickles, and instead I got even less than a normal Mr. Pickle's sandwich. Look at the pic if you don't believe me. Long story short, don't bother ordering any extras on your sandwich because you will get scammed out of that extra $6-7.

Mr. Pickles has been one of my favorite sandwich spots for a while. Today, I received a sandwich that does not hold up to their typical standards. The lettuce is old and smells horrible and the tomato is soggy. I removed the produce from the sandwich to try and still enjoy my lunch, but the poor produce taste made it inedible. I would not order this again.
