Holy S--t.. Greatest Sushi I've ever had. Without question J San could charge alot more. The quality, quantity and presentation is simply top notch. The Party Tray comes in a well designed Square Box which imitates the importance of presentation in Japanese Culture in general. The Sushi is obviously fresh, fresh enough they proudly mention the Fish Monger on Google!! And the size is fantastic. J San is the best Sushi in Toronto. Without question. Highly Recommended.

I've been ordering from here for years, loved this place, but never been so disappointed. Last time I ordered tobiko sushi and it tasted like plastic, fine I can live with it. Found fish being less fresh than usual, not a big problem. This time I ordered their signature 152. deluxe chirashi don and found they've been cutting corners and I have to call it out. There's no more uni (sea urchin) and the fish cuts were noticeably smaller and replaced with cheap fish, yet they still charged the same price. I understand how the ongoing inflation affects everyone but cutting corners is not the answer.

Fish was fresh and tasty. I've ordered this before and was surprised to see egg and no tuna nor salmon roe, so I was a bit disappointed with the selection for the price but it was great otherwise (loved the yellowtail, scallop, salmon and raw shrimp in particular) :)

Great portions and I cannot stress on how fresh the sea food was. No skimping on the protein. Great value with quality for the price. My go to for Sushi in the East end.

I ordered the spring rolls and they were cooked perfectly! Had the perfect crunch to them!
I also ordered the seaweed salad, and the avocado sushi roll and it was also so good!
Perfect amount of food--- I would definitely order it again from here
