The TOASTED ULTIMATE ITALIAN wasn't as big or even have as much as the #7 SPICY EAST COAST ITALIAN despite it being much cheaper and the other being "ULTIMATE" and appears big in the picture, it's not.. it's smaller than normal unfortunately.. waste of money, personally would never get the "Ultimate" again but the other 2 I definitely recommend and Jimmy John's is awesome other than the scam "Ultimate" and the chips ☺️

We were ripped off on vegetables! Both sandwiches are lacking any sort of vegetable. A Turkey Tom means at least Turkey AND Tomato, but there were no tomatos or lettuce. The Big John, again, there were no lettuce or tomato or any vegetable! Both sandwiches just had meat and condoments! At almost $20 a sandwich, we expected more! Highly disappointed!

The CHICKEN CAESAR WRAP was really good. My order arrived at my house without my knowledge, I found it at the wrong location ~20 minutes past the estimated time. Another 20 minutes and Jimmy John's marked the order as being on the way and then complete. By the way, they don't carry Mello Yello® anymore.
