we're working and cant go to the restaurant to fix the mistake. we both ordered double stacks WITH bacon. all we received was jr. cheeseburgers. for both. but we were charged for the double stacks. not to mention the temperature. it's not cold like I've gotten from other places but its not really even warm.

First off I received chicken sandwich instead of the burger I ordered, also didn't receive any of my sauces that were ordered,which was paid extra for, not to mention my OREO® Brownie Vanilla Frosty Fusion™ which was pretty much just a vanilla frosty, didn't even seem like anything else was in it,didn't even eat it, seemed like it had been sitting out for an hour and was so watery I threw it away

Ordered two 10 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets, but only received one. This is the 2nd time in a row this has happened.
Ordered the Grilled Chicken Wrap Combo and the wrap was missing lettuces that I did not request to have removed! Wrap item description, "Juicy, herb-marinated grilled chicken breast, shredded cheddar cheese and crispy romaine drizzled with a creamy ranch sauce and all wrapped up in a warm tortilla."
Romaine lettuce is clearly in the description, in the photo image and is a general key item for a wrap!!
