The food at Hugo's is the best Mexican food in Paducah hands down. I've tried them all. The food is always fresh and prepared with care. Hugo is always trying new recipes and they are all great. They are always friendly and really care about their business.

This was my first time having Hugo's. I'm beyond impressed with both the quality of the food and the prices! Fantastic job! You should have seen my eyes light up when I saw this HUGE Guacamole Supreme !

Excellent food!!!!! Especially happy that the tortilla chips were not too salty. I loved my California Burrito...probably the best I've ever had!!! The flautas was wonderful. And, oh, the queso......yummmmm!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed the shrimp fajitas. They were big, delicious tasting shrimp. They sent chips, salsa, a big helping of fajitas, 3 tortillas, rice, beans, pico, sour cream, guacamole. It was received in timely fashion.

Best Mexican in Paducah hands down. Great dine in experience every time. Food comes out piping hot and absolutely perfect each time we eat there.
You'll find things are a bit different. Hugo puts his twist on things - there's often squash, for instance.
The Hawaiian fajitas are my favorite. Chicken, steak, pineapple, and bacon...can't be beat!
