great prices but the most inauthentic indian food ive ever had. everything was so sweet, the palak paneer tasted like grocery sweetnsour sauce mixed w mustard. chicken was also chicken strips not real chicken

Usually I'm really happy with my orders from here, but I have to say this latest meal was very disappointing. Both the Nawaratan Korma and the Aloo Gobi were very bland with no spice. Something needs to be improved on the app with this restaurant bc there was no place to add spice preferences, and when I requested substitutions nothing was done. Why have the option to substitute if it's always ignored?

I used to rate this restaurant five stars but last two orders have been disappointing with over cooked dry chicken in the chicken tikka masala and bland sauce

Meh. This is for people who don't know Indian food and hate spice. The sauces were very bland, with no spice at all. I worked at a Northern Indian restaurant for 3 years, so maybe I'm too critical but I do not see the hype from other reviewers. The Paneer Tikka Masala tasted like tomato puree with heavy cream. The Saag Aloo tasted like they put masala sauce in the spinach sauce with heavy cream. I'm sure there may be some other dishes that might be OK that aren't in sauces but that's not what I like to order if I'm having Indian food.
