Asian Bistro does a great job. Food is delicious. Our favorite is General Tsos Chicken. We enjoy the shrimp appetizer and get it every time. The House Special Chow Mein is tasty and satisfying.

Yikes - the Pad Thai did not taste like traditional pad Thai- more like noodles cooked in soy sauce. Large portions I will give them that. But I won't order this spot again. Also the side of fried rice- was literally just rice with soy sauce- no carrots, peas, eggs like typical fried rice.

The Authentic is so good. It takes me 2 meals to finish it. I love the chop suey. It taste just the way I remember it and the fried rice is just as great. The egg drop soup makes the day. The sweet and sour chicken is fantastic. The egg rolls are to die for. My husband had the Beef Chop Suey Crispy Noodles. He only said everything tasted okay.

Asian Bistro is one of the few restaurants in Cedar City that I feel comfortable eating at as someone who has to eat gluten free. They have a specific glute free menu, and everything I've tried is delicious. I especially love the Drunken Noodle[Gluten Free]
