Never misses. The gyoza is incredible!! even reheated. I usually save half for the next day, and it reheats perfectly every time, which says a lot. Honestly, this place is ideal for leftovers & also perfect to just enjoy right away.
I’ve ordered from here multiple times since moving to Seattle, and whenever I have visitors, this is a place I always order from. Without fail, everyone falls in love with the food. The portion sizes are huge! You can easily share an entrée or save half and have an entire second meal later. Every time my mom comes to visit, she specifically asks to eat here.
I always order the General Tofu with white rice and garlic sauce, and it is perfection. The tofu is cooked exactly right: crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in just the right amount of sauce. I wasn’t even a tofu fan before eating here, and now I genuinely prefer it over chicken. It’s filling without making you feel heavy or groggy, and it satisfies cravings in the best way.
& you have to try the garlic sauce. I don’t even know what’s in it, but I can’t eat my meal without it anymore. It adds so much flavor and richness to the rice and tofu. Absolute must order!

Ordered Garlic Spicy Combo. The garlic sauce was watery and didn't add much to the chicken. I'm not sure why ppl are happy with it. Portions were smaller than the usual hole in the wall teriyaki shops, but the prices were higher. Maybe they had a rice shortage that day.

My absolute favorite Teriyaki spot in Seattle! Garlic Spicy Chicken is the best of everything, and it's nice to balance it with their classic bento style side salad or other steamed veggies. Portion sizes are very good for the value too.

very tasty and good value for money, though I would have appreciated a bit more rice. usually places skimp on protein, so it feels weird wanting more rice. but for a rice and chicken bowl, the ratio was a little off. an extra quarter or half a cup more would have made a huge difference

Definitely my favorite teriyaki place, wish they were open later! The Garlic Spicy Chicken has just the right amount of heat to it and the garlic sauce is so tasty! I could be picky about the rice but it's all really good.
