I have been ordering their pizza for years. Always awesome and perfect. For the first time ever, something went wrong with my order and it never arrived. I called them and they immediately made me another puzzaand deliverd it asap. It was persect as always and they always get five stars as far as im concerned. Amazing cheesteaks and calzones and strombolis too!

This is the worst restaurant, their cooks can't take food out of deep fryer before overcooking it? Onion rings were like rocks. Chicken tenders overcooked. Not a good use of money to order from this place.

Lazaros is one of my favorites. Never had an issue in years. But this order was rushed and phone person was not pleasant. We order meatballs on several occasions. It's usually 6 WHOLE Side Meatballs in sauce. What we received was 3 meatballs cut oddly and placed nicely in the container to look like whole meatballs. The person on the phone tried to explain that it's always been that way. Why would I expect to get whole meatballs for $8?
In previous orders, I know they were whole because my daughter and I order garlic bread to make sandwiches with the meatballs but the person on the phone told me I was wrong and to send back the order if I was dissatisfied. Which I did. Including the Garlic Bread with Cheese that was barely heated. I just didn't appreciate him insinuating that I didn't know what I was talking about instead of just saying maybe it was their mistake and explain the order should come as it did.

I got their chicken fingers and cheese fries tonightbut their pizza and sandwiches and everything is delicious. The staff is quick, efficent, and friendly. I am so grateful to have them up the street from me.

Large on portions, but small on flavor for the hoagies and wraps. Italian Sub and Chicken Salad Wrap were mediocre, but not terrible. Don't click to add extra mayo to chicken salad as it is already VERY mayo heavy. Fine in a pinch if you are hungry.
