The Brookdale is a lively restaurant in Bloomfield, New Jersey. We use the best ingredients and provide a great atmosphere.
The homemade chips with truffle aioli are so so good! Perfect with a glass of wine after a long work week! The thai chili shrimp is amazing! The mushroom pie with the caramelized onions is outstanding! The shrimp and grits are so yummy! Total soul food!

EVERY SINGLE ITEM was delicious! We got the Steak Sammy, the Reuben Quesadilla and the Korean Birria Tacos with a Burnt Basque Cheesecake. Delish! I wished there was more of the Cherry Compote for the cake, but all in all very satisfied. The homemade sauerkraut was a nice surprise. The chips with the Sammy were perfect. I look forward to visiting in person now.

The Grilled Salmon is fantastic! Everything on the menu is delicious, but the Grilled Salmon w/ their romesco is exceptional. Better to dine-in than order in my opinion but ordering in is great too!

First of all, i love brookdale but they highly disappointed me today. I ordered a chicken sandwich w chips, and all i received chips and no chicken sandwich??? Um how is that okay. And the chips were cold and hard
