Got the P1 House Combo, was delicious and probably the best I've ever had. Perfect flavor and seasoning. I probably should've heat up the soup before I combined everything but it was still great without doing so. They pack it nice and simple.
The spring rolls were also crispy and good as if you get them in the store.

You CANNOT BEAT THE DEEP FLAVORS AND FRESHNESS!!!
I happened across this hole in the wall when they had just opened their doors. So FRIENDLY! So ACCOMMODATING and an expansive menu!
Whether ordering takeout or dining there (great Zen aestheesthetic!!) you CANNOT GO WRONG!

So sorry and so disappointed... been ordering from this place for year but the food quality and quantity has gone to toilet.
Vietnamese Spring Rolls (4) are like leftovers heat eith microwave, dried and barely warm. Unbelievably, the dipping sauce were not even half of the container.
A10 Grilled Lean Pork Banh My were small in size, less than 5 inches and ingredients were so lacking.
A4 Avocado Summer Rolls (2) were dried and lettuces were wilted.
P3. Eye of Round, Flank & Brisket are ok but overall, the experience were not good as the entire dinner.

The dishes are so flavorful, with fresh ingredients! Loved the grilled pork plates and the bao buns---the meat was tender, and everything was well balanced. We are very impressed.

Very unfortunate, we kept ordering but it doesn't look like the owner have any thoughts of rekinding the Vietnamese cuisine. Prices keep going up, quality keep going down and worse of all, the portion is getting smaller by each order.
This order particularly - we received regular chopped up iceberg lettuce like american salad for our A1. Vietnamese Spring Rolls (4) as the wrappings. Just to be clear, the lettuce suppose to be a wrapping, since it was chopped up, it cannot and never in my life, having Vietnamese with iceberg lettuce for A1. Vietnamese Spring Rolls (4) .
A4 Avocado Summer Rolls (2) was half the size (meaning, the combine of both Rolls is equal to 1 roll) and the avocado is not even half of an avocado you get at the grocery store. Couple small sliver in each roll.
Extra Grilled Chicken was not chopped and the P1 was missing and lack of ingredients.
So so so very disappointed after all these years we ordered from this
