All the protein was burnt black on both sides, too hard to chew through and too burnt to be edible at all. Cannot eat this. Unfortunate because usually the bowls are great and cooked well, hence 3 stars instead of 1

everything was great, wonderful bowl,, packed and beautiful! but the chicken meatballs, were hard as a rock. and im thinking they may not have been chicken, maybe beef? anyway they are usually better than that.

I order from here FREQUENTLY and was very surprised to see how they cut back the portion size SIGNIFICANTLY with todays order. Still delicious but I won't be ordering as often
