Chingon enchiladas (cheese) were delish. They're always so good. The guajillo sauce is fantastic. Got the chipotle pineapple salsa for the first time and it was so good - reminiscent of smoky bbq. My husband loved the cheese quesadilla. This is one of our fave places to get takeout. Highly recommend.

The boom boom shrimp taco with grilled shrimp was so disappointing. There were a few tiny, chewy shrimp, they were smaller than rock shrimp. That taco was entirely disappointing. The fish taco also had much less fish than normal. We order from you often and in the past I've really enjoyed these tacos, but this time felt like a rip off and make me hesitant to order again.

Positives: Chingon enchiladas (cheese) were amazing. House Queso... very good.
Negatives: Portion of the queso was 1/4 of a small container. At just over $10, that makes it not worth the cost and the chips were a little stale. The rice was outright bad.
Indifferent: The beans were cooked well (doneness) but a little bland with a spicy kick at the end.

Got the Fresh Hand Smashed Guac and Two Pick Two Salsas to take to a gathering along with a kids quesadilla. The portions are ridiculously small.
On the kids meal, that's understandable. On the other things, it is crazy. $12 for a tiny container of Guac and $6 for two super small salsa containers is ridiculous. It's almost $20 on tiny portions for items that are often complimentary at restaurants.

I'll preface this by saying we love the Los Chingones in Central Park. The Larimer location has been underwhelming each time we've ordered from there. We wanted LC but the Central Park location wasn't open, so we ordered from Larimer. The food was just not tasty. The chips and quesadilla were greasy, and the quesadilla tasted like whatever was cooked on the griddle before it. The rice was over seasoned, cheese and enchiladas was not melted well, and the pico had more onions in it than anything else. Just not great. Skip this place and get food from the Central Park location.
