I love that the salad comes in a cardboard bowl (plastic lid) and the tuna sandwich comes in a cardboard container too. Good food, good price, good packaging !

Something just tasted off about it. No freshness at all. Past couple times I've had issues so I'm not sure what's changed. I hate that the sizes aren't listed when you order like $14 for a medium sub is crazy when it's like $16 for the large in person. I don't even think you can order a small or a large on here. I would not want to order again. Maybe at a different location.

Firehouse food is always good. Could pay more attention to the garlic bread, as it was very skimpy on the garlic butter, and looks nothing close to the picture advertised. Not a complaint, just an observation.

We ordered a bowl of chili and only received a cup of chili.
We paid extra to have bacon and cheese added to the chili and we did not get either of those.
The 2 macaroni and cheese orders were both missing the breadcrumbs and both of them were super skimpy portions, not like the normal cup size portions.
My club on a sub was missing lettuce, cucumbers and olives. it was also all mangled, bread was all broken and very soggy.
Both of our sandwiches were missing the pickles.
We usually love firehouse and have never had a problem before. With this order, having paid over $70 and not getting everything we ordered, it was really disappointing.

Unfortunately one of our soups had zero broth like it was the end of the batch and had been sitting a while bc it was basically just hot potato's with bacon & cheese on top and the the other soup (both soups were baked potato) was freezing cold and curdled like it had just come out of the refrigerator.
