French Dip was very fatty meat. Higher price now but much lower quality. Carrot cake was completely dried out on one side. Obviously left out for an extended time without being covered. They don’t seem to care what quality they serve to customers anymore.

I ordered 2 Creamy Coleslaw. $8 each. 1 of them was half full and they're already in very small containers. Such a rip off. At least fill the very small containers up!

Way over priced for what we got. $11 for a small cup of soup they call a BOWL! Chicken parm was ok. Just way overpriced$22. Last time I'll order from Charlestons

Received 2 orders of baked chicken with about 2/3 of the skin missing and one piece with a small portion of the chicken breast missing off the bone. Received 3 orders of mashed potatoes the are supposed to come with gravy but there was no gravy in the bag. I want to like this restarant but this is the 3rd time my order has been poor quality or missing items. I won't order from this Charlestons again.
