My Tonkotsu didn't have any of the normal toppings. None of the mushrooms or anything. Just the noodles, broth, meat and the egg that I added. Disappointing considering how incredibly expensive ordering delivery from Gaku is. I'll probably stick to going in person from now on. They give you larger portions for much cheaper in person.

I spent $40 on a Chicken Shoyu and got delivered a vegetable Shoyu for $10. So called the store who laughed an said ya sorry about that you gotta call for dash for a refund or something. I used to love this place but for them to not offer any solutions for there mess up is very unprofessional.

Best Ramen I've ever had. Very heartyand flavorful. Sakana Shoyu with Shrimp is going to bea hard thing not to keep reordering everytime I visit.

Their apps are great. The Karrage and the gyoza taste good, and their ramen tastes great. Would advise against ordering any of their fried rice as it always tastes burnt and flavorless. Not even seasoning it myself at home saves it. But I would order again.
